I can't believe it's been 3 years since I started meal prepping. For those of you who've been with me since 2019, you know I started as a fundraiser for my mission trip to the Philippines. And from there, Don't Make Me Vegan was born.

Don't Make Me Vegan, came from my desire to introduce vegan food to those who've never tried it, in an effort to show that vegan food can taste great AND it can improve (and possibly reverse) some of the illnesses we face daily. The goal was never to make you vegan but to expand your knowledge of plant-based eating. To learn more about my transition to vegan, check out my video below.

I goal was never to make you vegan but you expand your knowledge of vegan and plant-based eating.

This has always been my "why." You see, in 2011, prior to gaining knowledge about veganism and a whole food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle, my grandfather passed away. He struggled with heart issues and clogged arteries, issues that can possibly be reversed with a plant-based lifestyle. Though I understand life and death, I can't help but wonder if my grandfather would still be here, if I knew then, what I know now.

I know the impact a vegan lifestyle has had on my health and I want the same for you. Moving forward, I will be offering meal plan packages and services to assist you with feeling your best. I've assisted clients with lowering their cholesterol and blood pressure as well as decreasing the amount of medicines taken daily. I've assisted others with navigating the grocery store aisles to learn about different plant-based foods while expanding their meals each week. Packages are customized to meet your individual needs. Let's get you scheduled for a free consultation!

I will no longer be offering meal prep as an individual service.

With a heavy focus on transforming your day to day life, I will no longer be offering meal prep as an individual service. However, I will not be moving away from food completely. Event catering, private meals and pop-ups are on the calendar. And your favorite meals will be available to larger orders. Let's not forget cookies! Stay connected to find out what's next.

Thanks for rocking with me for so long. I would not be where I am today, without the support from each of you!

We often hear the words vegan, plant-based and vegetarian. It seems to be very trendy these days, as companies are adding "vegan" and "plant-based" to their food labels, commercials are mentioning it more and TV shows are throwing the words around too! The more conversations I have, the more I realize, there are a lot of people who have no clue what they mean. So I created a video to explain more. Enjoy.

I get this question a lot. Truthfully, the decision is whatever you think is best for your family. There are lots of things to consider. I talk a bit about this in my YouTube video, check it out.
